Of the Our Ukraine Bloc on manifestation of Anti-Semitism

Made by the Inter-Regional Academy of Personnel Management

Inflamingl hostility, anti-Semitism and xenophobia by certain leaders of the the Inter-Regional Academy of Personnel Management (IRAPM) on pages of the press which is under their control is a tough violation of rights and freedoms of people and casts a shadow on Ukraine that had taken a route to democratic processes. The next anti-Semite article «Minister of American synagogue» is published in the last edition of «Ukrainian newspaper plus». It is an aggressive attack at the represents of other nationality.

The Our Ukraine Bloc considers such activity inappropriate in our state, especially at the time of formation of a free civil society. The Orange revolution showed Ukraine as a heart of a new democracy. Anti-Semite attacks from the side of the IRAPM do damage to our state’s image and hamper equal and close relations with the biggest world partners. A political atavism of the leadership of this institution confirms a mythic image of our state as a primitive and nationalistic one.

We consider humiliation of our state before the world community inappropriate and want the IRAPM leadership to refuse from such a policy that is harmful and shameful for Ukrainian people. There is no place for paranoid views in public and political sphere in the beginning of the III millennium!

Representatives of any nation in Ukraine have a right for self-realization and development of their national and sociocultural identity. There is only one Ukraine for all of us!
