In case if the VR doesn’t ratify the agreement on entering the WTO in time because of confrontation the term for the procedure is liable to be prolonged. That’s what the spokesman of the Foreign Ministry Vasyl Kyrylych said in his interview to Nimetska hvylia radio.

At the same time the PoR is sure that the parliament will ratify the agreement on Ukraine’s entering to the WTO in time.

“Events in the VR are of timely character. What concerns the document on the WTO, the committees are examining them now. And the very procedure of ratification will not take long”, - the PoR member Taras chornovil said.

He is assured that that the agreement will be ratified in late spring. According to him, the PoR will be voting for it unanimously.

As it was informed Ukraine has to sign the agreement on joining the WTO till early July 2008.
