The PoR proposes to unite two referendums, the ones on changes to the Constitution and on Ukraine’s entering NATO. That’s what the PoR member Oleksandr Stoyan stated in his interview to Radio Svoboda radio channel.

Let us remind that the PoR has been blocking work of the parliament for a month demanding adopting the decree on procedure of Ukraine’s entering the North Atlantic Aliance.

The President Viktor Yushchenko formed the National Constitution council in charge of working on changes to the Constitution.

The president thinks that the renewed text of the Constitution should be approved at a referendum.
