Let us remind that the majority did not support Viktor Korol’s candidacy for the post of the SBU head.

Mr. Korol sees political reasons for the «anti-crisis» coalition’s decision: «No matter how professional candidates were, the «anti-crisis» coalition would not vote for them».

Viktor Korol thinks that the SBU head’s appointment is to be above political speculations. «The whole structure of this department has to be out of politics».

Answering the question whether the president would repeatedly submit his candidacy, Mr. Korol said that he would meet the head of state and discuss this question.
