The decree «About overcoming negative consequences of communal tariffs’ rise» is registered at the Verkhovna Rada. The authors are Our Ukraine representatives Vyacheslav Kyrylenko, Yuri Klyuchkovskyi, Liliya Hryhorovych and Vyacheslav Koval.

The decree states that a dramatic rise in communal tariffs leads to a considerable worsening of well-being of most Ukrainian citizens.

Taking into account the absence of efficient actions to solve the problem from the side of the Cabinet of Ministry, the decree proposes to consider the governmental work in this sphere unsatisfactory.

It is also proposed to submit the draft law introducing changes to the law «About state budget of Ukraine 2007» that foresees a step by step rise in minimum wages up to the subsistence minimum for working population, a rise in subsistence minimum and a rise in minimum pension throughout the year 2007.
