People’s deputy, member of the Our Ukraine faction Anatoli Kinakh stands against liquidation of the presidential post and considers such initiatives absurd and dangerous for national security of the state. That’s what Mr. Kinakh said in the air of the 5th channel.

»Taking into account the lack of balance of power between power branches, lack of the necessary level of law supremacy, lack of political culture and responsibility, the presidential post is of vital importance for the Constitution’s adherence, realization of basic rights and freedoms of people, state sovereignty and state integrity» – the MP stressed.

Anatoli Kinakh also stressed on the necessity to determine powers of every branch at legislative level. «Any power branch cannot have unlimited power» – he thinks.
