Understanding our common responsibility for preserving national independence of Ukraine, aspiring to protect democracy and rights of every citizen from dictatorship of clans, factions of BYuT and OU announced about their joint opposition activity in the Verkhovna Rada of the 5th convocation.

The purpose of uniting the forces of our factions in the parliament is a joint support of ideals and values Ukrainian people fought for in 2004, that is to say freedom, democracy, national unity, struggle against corruption, just social policy.

We are convinced that our political forces should unity not only in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine but at local councils of any level as well.

We appeal to leaders and deputies of our factions at any level with a political directive to conclude agreements on joint activity.

Our co-operation must be based on a consolidated position of our political forces concerning political and socioeconomic issues that are in the sphere of competence of local self-government and meet our obligations before electorate.

There is only one Ukraine for all of us! It is worth fighting for!
