Ukrainian electorate did not vote for the PM’s dictatorship at the [presidential] elections 2004 and at the [parliamentary] elections 2006. And the cabinet law makes this dictatorship legal. That’s what a member of the Presidium of the Our Ukraine party Liliya Hryhorovych said.
