«The cabinet law is published officially violating the Constitution. The President Mr. Yushchenko has submitted proposals to the law, and the Verkhovna Rada had to examine them when the session started. But the speaker has taken other decision and charged the Verkhovna Rada newspaper «Holos Ukrayiny» to publish this law» – the Our Ukraine faction leader Vyacheslav Kyrylenko noted in his interview.

»Considering this deed absolutely illegal, the Our Ukraine faction will examine the possibility to include the question of recalling the Verkhovna Rada speaker from his post into the agenda. We think that the parliament speaker who violates the Constitution and the procedure, can’t stand as a person consolidating all political forces in the parliament» – the MP stressed.

Mr. Kyrylenko noted that the president was likely to appeal to the Constitutional Court to pronounce the law unconstitutional.

»We have observed another step of the government and the ruling coalition on their way to the power’s usurpation. Unfortunately, three factions of the so-called «anti-crisis» coalition helped to put into effect often illegal decisions of the government» – Vyacheslav Kyrylenko noted.
