«The so-called «anti-crisis» coalition headed by the PM and the Justice Minister promulgate the cabinet law in a very strange way. If they had been sure they were right they would have promulgated it under our legislation. The article 94 of the Constitution states that the law becomes valid in 10 days after it is published in «Holos Ukrayiny» and «Uryadovyi kuryer» – the presidential representative in the parliament Roman Zvarych said in his interview to the Razom site.

»What prevents them from publishing the law in official press? They are afraid that the president will appeal to the Constitutional court» – Mr. Zvarych noted.

»But the so-called «anti-crisis» coalition has promulgated the law at the web site of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. The Justice Minister said it was an official publication. At that time the law that has not become valid yet is already inscribed into the State Register of legislative acts» – he stressed.

According to him, the situation around the cabinet law is absurd. «Everything started with an inappropriate adoption of the law when the appropriate committee met at half past nine and the bill was examined in the session hall in half an hour. – Mr. Zvarych reminds. – I mean that 46 presidential proposals were examined during half an hour, 35 seconds per every proposal».

»At that time the cabinet law was adopted after a political agreement between the so-called «anti-crisis» coalition and the BYuT. It reminds me of absurd theatre» – Mr. Zvarych emphasized.
