»Such illogical, chaotic actions of authorities persuade Kyivites day after day that the city leadership does not have a city development plan and does not have a vision how our city will live and develop. They don’t know how to lead this city – Mr. Andriyevskyi said. – «Now the authorities call Kyivites who do not pay [for communal services] according to new tariffs thieves. Now the authorities announces about the fare’s rise. But we see what is going on in our transport system. Metro construction is almost «frozen».»

»Kyivites are not sure in their future. They are expecting a new experiment of authorities. The community should make up their mind «yes, we support our leadership, let them make experiments» or «no, we don’t support our leadership, because our mayor does not have a city development programme, does not protect interests of electorate». I am sure that these two questions «do you trust Kyiv mayor?» and «do you trust Kyiv council» are to be submitted for Kyiv referendum» – the Our Ukraine faction leader in Kyiv council Dmytro Andriyevskyi said.

»By the way, yesterday the CEC approved the list of documents for Kyiv referendum and there are no legal grounds not to hold it. The Our Ukraine party is waiting for registration of an initiative group».
