«We prove that Kyiv power’s actions and decrees are illegal. They break a number of legislative acts and therefore they are not registered at the Justice Ministry. We prove that serious mistakes were made during introduction of new tariffs. That’s what the Prosecutor General office has announced.» – the Our Ukraine faction leader in Kyiv council Dmytro Andriyevskyi said.

»What Kyivites should do? We suggest going to saving-banks and paying according to old tariffs – Mr. Andriyevskyi said. – «Such an absolutely unprofessional position of the city leadership may lead to a complete collapse of the whole system of communal service. Kyivites simply stopped paying».

»The authorities must cancel their illegal decrees and take new decrees considering an economical background of tariffs’ rise. There won’t be more than 150-170% rise» - the Our Ukraine faction leader in Kyiv council stated.

Mr. Andriyevskyi has also informed that the Our Ukraine faction had recalled its representatives from all working groups of Kyiv council.
