«Such actions provoke laughter at best and indignation at worst. It is an attempt to break the law system of Ukraine – people’s deputy, a member of the Our Ukraine faction Yuri Klyuchkovskyi commented on a today’s report in the newspaper «Uryadovyi kuryer» (the newspaper of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine – ed.) about an official publication of the cabinet law by the VR speaker Oleksandr Moroz.

Mr. Klyuchkovskyi noted that not a report about an official publication of a law was to be published but its text. «It is a matter of principle that the text is to be published on paper – the MP emphasized. – Any change could be made at the web-site any time. Nobody can know when this change was made and whether it is official or not. The text of the document, which is published on paper in official press, is considered official.»

Mr. Klyuchkovskyi added that the presidential decree on the procedure of legal documents’ publication from 1999 was valid.

»There is an atmosphere of highhandedness in the state. Those who have force and lack authority do what they want…It does not concern just the cabinet law’s adoption and publication, but the budget’s adoption, the attempts to dismiss the Minister of Foreign Affairs Borys Tarasyuk and some other PM’s decrees.» – Mr. Klyuchkovskyi noticed.
