«The Mukachevskyi city district court took the ruling and forbade the speaker Mr. Moroz to sign the cabinet law. The court ruling is to be fulfilled or appealed against» – a member of party Council of Our Ukraine Ihor Zhdanov said in the air of TV programme «Ya tak dumayu» on the 1+1 TV channel.

He emphasized that Oleksandr Moroz did not have a right to sign the cabinet law and the official press did not have a right to publish it.

According to Mr. Zhdanov, an unconstitutional coup d’etat took place in the country as the state power bodies receive the power that is not familiar for them.

»The speaker Mr. Moroz will make a big mistake if he signs the cabinet law as this way he will take an unconstitutional action and bear responsibility for it» – he emphasized.

Ihor Zhdanov stressed that the president guaranteed the Constitution and gave the «anti-crisis» coalition a piece of advice to act under the law.
