«I appealed to the Mukachivskyi court to let our politicians think over what they have been doing» – people’s deputy, member of the Our Ukraine faction Ihor Kril commented on the fact that court had forbidden Moroz to sign the law on Cabinet of Ministry.

He stressed that there was no decision yet, just the court ruling that suspended the activity of both sides.

»I have been a people’s deputy for 8 month. Unfortunately, the Verkhovna Rada’s activity had not met my expectations. – Ihor Kril said. – Political parties have been negotiating, meeting, betraying one another, and creating new coalitions. At apogee the cabinet law has been adopted, while at least eight norms are unconstitutional».

»Politicians must stop and think over. They must stop a tug-of-war…sit at a round table, listen to each other, exclude unconstitutional norms and adopt the law that will unity the country» – Ihor Kril is convinced.

»Confrontation will never ensure a normal development of the state» – he emphasized.

As we know, on Jan. 22 people’s deputy Ihor Kril had appealed to the court vs the Verkhovna Rada, about declaring illegal the eventual actions of the VR chairman should he sign the law on the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. The Mukachevskyi city district court examined the suit, taking into account the importance of the case. Under the court ruling, the Verkhovna Rada chairman is forbidden to sign the law «On the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine», which was adopted on 12 January. It is also forbidden to publish the law in official press. The judge V. Monych has taken the court ruling.
