«Mr. Moroz mustn’t sign the cabinet law vetoed by the president» – people’s deputy Yuri Klyuchkovskyi said in his interview.
»The President has returned the vetoed law with his remarks. There was no attempt to declare that there had been no veto, I mean there was no legitimate attempt. The Verkhovna Rada has accepted the fact that there were divergences in the text. I am sure any signature cannot be put as it will break the Constitution» – Mr. Klyuchkovskyi said.
»If Mr. Moroz signs the law, it will lead to a destroyal of any legal norms of parliamentary and governmental activity» – the MP added.
He emphasized that if the speaker signed the cabinet law, it would lead to a war.
»I don’t understand such actions as it will have an impact on the initiators as well – Yuri Klyuchkovskyi emphasized. – If someone considers himself almighty, the absolute power can’t be eternal even if someone believes it is».
Mr. Klyuchkovskyi has also expressed his conviction that Mr. Moroz would wait for the next session of the Verkhovna Rada and then he would make up his mind.
