People’s deputy Pavlo Zhebrivskyi says that if Oleksandr Moroz signs the cabinet law now, it will be illegal. «Under the law, the speaker has a right to sign the law only if the president does not sign and does not veto it within 15 days» – he told the Razom site.
According to him, the president has all grounds to veto the cabinet law. «The «anti-crisis coalition has two way outs now - the MP noted. – First of all, they can override the presidential veto once again. Secondly, they can appeal to the Constitutional court whether it was lawful to veto the cabinet law».
»All other actions of Mr. Moroz, including the signature of the cabinet law, will be considered unconstitutional» – Pavlo Zhebrivskyi emphasized.
