«Mr. Moroz understands that it is a shame to associate his name with the law on the cabinet – people’s deputy, member of the Our Ukraine faction Yuri Klyuchkovskyi commented on Mr. Moroz’s intentions to convince the president to sign the law on the cabinet.

As we know, people’s deputy Yuri Klyuchkovskyi had proposed to Mr. Moroz to sign the law by himself. In his turn Viktor Yushchenko has declared that he would not sign the law adopted by the Verkhovna Rada.

»The point is that under the Constitution, the term of signature of the law by the president is limited. If the president does not sign during this term, he will not have a right to sign it. The speaker will be obliged to sign and promulgate it in that very case». – Yuri Klyuchkovskyi has explained.

As we know, Oleksandr Moroz declared that it was worth examining some norms of the law at the Constitutional Court. « When Mr. Moroz wanted to hold a position on the law on Holodomor, he did it. His position is opposite in this case. – Mr. Klyuchkovskyi stressed. – If the speaker understands that some law norms are dubious in terms of the Constitution, it is usually examined at the very stage of adoption of the law. Such norms are discussed and different proposals are examined.»

Answering the question whether Mr. Moroz had a chance to convince Mr. Yushchenko to sign the law on the cabinet, Yuri Klyuchkovskyi said: «I strongly believe that there is no chance!»
